Terms and conditions of the VPS service:

When you order the VPS we will give you the server updated and access information (IP, user and password of the Root/Administrator user).

When we give you the access information, the customer will be the responsible of the server administration. It is recommended to change the Root/Administrator password.

The customer can install additional software at the VPS.

The customer can request to Cyberfuel the installation of the SSL Secure Certificate of 2048 bits of encryption; installation is free, just need to pay the annual fee.

The customer can request to Cyberfuel to do a server upgrade, paying the difference between actual plan and the new plan.

Technical Support will only review the status of the equipment and if the processes are in normal operation, and management-level request about Control Panel (Plesk). Any other type of internal configuration or installation that the client needs and which require technical assistance from Cyberfuel will cost the equivalent of U.S. $ 50.00 per hour. The technical support does not include programming or source code review.

In case that the customer need to restore the backup from one of the last 5 days, we will charge 1 hour of technical support.

In case of exceeding traffic of monthly data transfer, we will charge you the exceeding traffic rate per GB.

The customer will be responsible of software updates of OS, antivirus (in case of add it), or other software that the customer have installed on the server.
